Refund and Returns Policy

Returns on any items purchased from our auctions will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:

1. Return Period:

• Non-Faulty Stock:

  • 0 – 7 Days: Full refund less 10% handling fee. Customer pays for return carriage.
  • 8 – 14 Days: Full refund less 10% handling fee. Customer pays for return carriage.
  • 15 – 31 Days: Full refund less 10% handling fee. Customer pays for return carriage.

• Faulty Stock:

  • 0 – 7 Days: Full refund or replacement product.
  • 8 – 14 Days: Replacement product.
  • 15 – 31 Days: Replacement product.

Please note that returns must be completed within 31 days of delivery, or the return request will be cancelled.

2. Condition of Items:

• Non-faulty items must be returned in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging. If this is not the case, your item will be returned and no credit will be issued.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs except in the case of a faulty product.

4. Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items:

• To be entitled to a refund for any damaged or faulty items, we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt.
• Photographs of any damage must be sent to our office email found in the Contact Details box on this page.
• Images will be required for any items received damaged or faulty, including packaging.

5. Special Order Products:

• Bespoke or special order products are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty or incorrect to order. Once an order has been placed for any bespoke/cut-to-size item, it cannot be cancelled as we are unable to resell the product.

6. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders:

• If the customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs will be for the customer’s account and will not be refunded.

7. Returns Procedure:
