Express Delivery
- Dispatch Time: All our express orders are dispatched using a next day service within 24 hours* of cleared payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays. With some products you are able to select standard shipping which are also dispatched within 24 hours* of cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays and will normally be delivered within 3-4 days. Products that qualify for free delivery are normally dispatched within 24 hours* of cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays and will normally be delivered within 2-4 days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 working days. 90% of all orders are delivered the day after dispatch (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
- Courier Delays: In the unlikely event that our couriers fail to deliver within the estimated period, Express Protect cannot be held responsible for delays on their part. However, if your order has not reached you within the expected time frame, please call us to investigate on your behalf.
